Installation
Please note the FREE Installation excludes any additional trenching or unique requirements the client might have like additional extension or additional trenching or any additional complications. Any additional installation requirements will be invoice separately and will be for the client's account.
Migrations or Re-Activations
If there is already an ONT/Modem device on site, try to provide us with the circuit number normally located on the ONT. We can migrate you only after you cancel your existing ISP.
Free Router
A free to use WiFi router is included but remains the property of Izwi.
Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of R2,875.00 applies when you decide to cancel or migrate your service. Hardware remains the property of Izwi Technology Group.
