If you need to lodge a takedown request with the Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA), you can use their convenient online form. The web form is the fastest and most efficient way to submit your request, as it eliminates the need for ISPA to manually process your submission.
Alternatively, if you’re unable to use the web form for any reason, you can send your request via email to takedown@ispa.org.za. While this method is available, please note that responses to email submissions may take longer than using the web form.
If you require telephonic support, you can contact the ISPA Secretariat at 010 500 1200 or 087 550 1200. However, please keep in mind that takedown requests cannot be accepted over the phone. After speaking with the ISPA team, you will still need to submit a written takedown notice through the web form or via email.
For a quick and seamless process, ISPA recommends using the web form whenever possible.
